Bobby is building a Christmas Village for the Visitors' Bureau. It will be located at the Quartermaster Depot for the month of December. There will be an ice skating rink and many other family style activities for folks to participate in. We are very excited to be a part of it, and you are getting a sneak peek at what Bob is creating.
I am so fortunate to have a talented, creative, and hard-working husband (three things I am not). I admire his fine qualities. Special thanks to his supportive and ecnouraging parents for raising up such an awesome guy.
I posted the pictures with Scott in them, so you could get an idea of the size.

Okay! This could be seriously awesome! I bet he loves every minute of the process too. Tell him we said thank you in advance since we have long felt Yuma has needed something more than Candy Cane Lane. Glad you all are a part of it

I totally disagree with you about a certain sentence in your post. You and Bob BOTH are extremely talented and creative and hard working. It's kind of unfair, really how much talent you both possess.
We dont usually do any of the city sponsored things around town- cuz were bums like that- but we are seriously gonna have to check this out cuz Bobby is creating a masterpiece! Seriously- WOW!!!
Looks like I will have to come to Yuma for Christmas! He is amazing but so are you...your my sissy you have to be!!
If Bobby ever runs out of projects, he's welcome to turn his attention to our pathetic unfinished basement. We'll even buy his plane ticket. Heck, we'll fly the whole family here. You and the kids could visit some temples while he works!
He has some mad skills! Totally amazing! So when this event is over, will all these houses end up in your backyard??? Can't wait to see them finished!

That is just awesome. Bobby always amazes me he can truly build anything. I think he sahould be building for Disney. Great job can't say enough.
Sabe, I am sorry to say that this is the first time since I don't remember when I have checked your blog. At least 3 months or more. But now I am caught up and loved every post. Sorry I have not been there for you more. Bobby is truly amazing, as are you my friend and daughter!
